-How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 weeks! Unless the specific product description states other wise. Sometimes longer depending on lead times. Because we are a small business, there may be delays with production and sourcing.
-Do you ship internationally?
Yes - We ship worldwide!
-Whats your return/exchange policy?
iCupNoodle does not accept returns or refunds on purchased items unless if the wrong size product was delivered and differs from what was purchased. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product that was received, please reach out to us and we may be able to come to a conclusion.
-What size should I get?
All of our clothing runs true to size! Check the size guide on each product page if you need more details.
-My address is wrong. Can I change my address?
If your order has not been made yet we can! We move fast to get your gear out, so once the shipping label is purchased, we can’t modify or cancel orders.
-Do you restock items once sold out?
In most cases we do not restock, but there are a few exceptions where we offer limited restocks. All release and restock info is shared on our SMS Special Offers program. We highly suggest signing up for the SMS list to get the latest updates on restocks, upcoming drops & other exciting news!
-How do I get early access to drops?

-Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is in our system, it’s locked in. We move fast to get your gear out, so once processing starts, we cant cancel orders. Double check your cart before checkout to make sure everything is right!
